I have really pale skin, and would like help with colours for hair and make up and simple tips on how to do my hair and makeup that would suit me.. I'll go by what you described. If you have fair skin try colors in the pink or peach family. Depending on how old you are some pink blusher and some tinted lip gloss always looks nice and isn't overdoing it. For eye shadow try something with a little color but not too much, frosty pastels would look nice. Black mascara would probably look harsh on you so try a dark brown. A good idea is to buy a bunch of cheap eye shadows and try them out and see which ones you like best. Then buy those colors from more expensive brands that last longer. As far as hair. Take the shape of your face into account. One hairstyle that looks good on just about everyone is a shoulder length bob, maybe with some long side swept bangs. It's also pretty hassle free and you could still tie your hair back if you liked.
Get dark and light highlights....Then straighten your hair and leave it down....Go tanning use banana boat tanning lotion and bake outside all day long...Now use black eyeliner,mascara,blush,and lip gloss,also use a little foundation....Also try to dress more feminine and cool.
Well the first thing that caught my eyes were yours so i'd play them up with some lengthening mascara on the top and bottom lashes. Also a nice light bronze eyeshadow darkened slightly at the outer corners of your lids would give it some color and still look natural. A light pink rosy cheek and come clear gloss should top it off fantastically.
I like long straight hair but I would give it some natural waves by putting it up in a simple bun before you go to bed. When you wake up the next morning take it out and run your fingers through it til you get a desired style.(But don't touch it too much because the more you do the less it will wave) Then use some flexible hairspray on it and your done.

Well.....the roots, the roots, the roots are on fire. We don't need no water let the (and you know the rest).
My point is that you need to take care of the dark roots showing.
And, I'd get a cut with some style (curls or waves).
I think if you did that, you'll be even more cuter than you already are.

I usually don't use makeup or spend much time on how I look, so I normally wear guy's jeans with a hoodie or baggy tshirt when I'm out with my boyfriend, but I really want to surprise him sometime. [even though he tells me I'm beautiful the way I am]. I have curly/wavy shoulder-length brown hair, and I'm pale with freckles and green eyes. Definitely leave the hair curly/wavy. You could put some styling gel in it to style it up a bit. On the make-up definitely try to focus on the eyes, guys love the eyes. And you are very lucky because you have green eyes and that is probably the prettiest color. Don't go too heavy on the eyeliner just enough to add some pop to them. Light color lip gloss, no reds, they don't compliment the green eyes or the freckles. I have freckles, I know. Good luck!!!

Use your own beauty but bring out the best parts :)

eyes: it looks like a dark brown or gray eyeliner on the top and bottom eye lids. A dark brown eyeshadow on the lid of your eye then a medium brown in the crease and take a really light kinda shimmery nude color and apply it right under your eye brows.
For her blush it looks like a pink blush and for the lips a nude lip gloss would do the trick.
