You probably should get extensions for your hair, thats what a lot of the people do but if you dont want to that's fine also. Tease a LOT. use hair spray as your going it helps. but a lot of bangs to the side. for makeup, mainly it's just a lot of eyeliner and mascarra. The girl also has fake eyelashes which are not completely nesseary but they really do look better if you do. again, eyeliner goes all around the eye and the mascara. For lips just use a light lip gloss or something. And facial make up is your choice so whatever you want to do. But to pull off this look your gonna have to practice it, quite a lot before you can go out in public. haha what i did was take all my make up and go to my room or for you your bathroom or wherever you do your amke up and just experiment with it for a while. Go to a salon and bring the pic to them for the hair. They will cut and style it for you that way and show you how to style it as well so you can do it on your own.
For the makeup, LOTS of eyeliner, mascara, lash extensions, and probably some dark eyeshadow. It will take some practice but just have fun with it and you will get it eventually
For the hair, you'll probably need extensions, for the bottom just to had extra length and the effect of it thinning down. Oh and also get you hair cut with lots of layers. Straighten your hair super straight then back comb the top. Hairspray is a must to keep it in all day.
For the make up, use false lashes (there are allot of tutorials on youtube on how to put them on right) dark makeup, use any brand eye liner or eye shadow you like, also there are allot of tutorials on youtube for that to.
1. curl your eyelashes before applying mascara.
2. make light, feathery strokes when applying eyeliner.
3 wear pale white foundation.
4. get your hair heavily layered
5. cut a jagged bang that is layered down.
6. wear nude-colored light lip gloss
7. flat-iron your hair everyday

Well she has ALOT of mascara on, like you would have to put layers on, to make it look clumpyish and for her lips she looks like she has either lip gloss or lip stick with a light/nude/pink color. For here hair she has side bangs and i think one blond high light. Also it is straiten. Hope that helps.

Its mostly liquid eyeliner and mascara, curled eyelashes.
For the hair, it is EXTREMELY layered, all through out.
Take some pictures like that to a hairstylist, they will do it for you :]
it may cost around $40, but its well worth it :D

hmm..fake eyelashes and wash your face continously to get it close to perfect then go to sephora and buy a foundation that matches perfectt so your skin looks like that

Put on a bunch of powder foundation, draw on your eyebrows, put some gray eyeshadow on your lids and apply fake eyelashes. For the hair, straighten it and spray a ton of hairspray.
Well, if you have long hair, then just get it cut with lots of layers, leaving the bottom layer long.
Or get extensions.
and straighten it.
and for the makeup, she's wearing fake eyelashes.
first of all her eye lashes are fake.
get some contacts.
go to a hair salon and say you want it chopy with lots of layers.
and wear eye liner about a quarter inch thick.

well if you get the right hair cut then just straighten and tease it. and use eyeliner and mascara and my guess is she is probably wearing fake eyelashes
