you can get that type of curl using a regular straightener. instead of closing the straightener and pulling down, just twist it into your hair while pulling it the length of your hair.

it looks like she is only wear some eye liner, mascara, and some lip gloss possibly even blush so it looks rather simple just get a bigger curling iron and use makeup u already have.

and SUBTLE blusher.
and u can use straighteners (flat irons) to curl your hair lool

Makeup and hair idea for school?
First day back to school tomorrow. Fantastic.
Well, I need a good look to start off the year.
I have bright green eyes, dark brown/red hair that is naturally curly.

This is mine in a nutshell:
Mon.-Fri. Gym early in the a.m, shower (this is where I use the facial cleanser) Typically because I've worked out my face has a natural glow so all I apply is my daily moisturizer and my eye cream. Maybe a little concealer. Mascara and a natural brown liner are a must along with making sure the eyebrows look good. (This is the 1st thing people notice about your face, so I make them look alive and refreshed) and I top it off by applying a natural-colored lip gloss. Hair washed and blow dried (takes me about 15-20 minutes) lotion the body with Jergen's Natural Glow, I get dressed and face the world!!!

ok well its sort of bold but i learned this recently when i got my makeup done by lancome.
pink will look really good to make your eyes pop because it complements green on the color wheel.
So put black shimmery eye shadow on your lids, and get a pink shimmery blush and blend it with the black into your crease (i would strongly recommend getting a blending brush for this)
and use a dark grey eyeliner on your water line and the outer corners, and then mascara.
Then use the same pink blush on your cheeks, and a hot pink lip gloss that has silver shimmers in it.
And if you want more natural, smudged grey eyeliner, black mascara and a nude gloss would look great too :)What colour makeup suits green eyes and black hair?

Then i would use chapstick brand shimmer wear chapstick. for hair i would either wear it down, loose curls, or a poof with your bangs.

Humans have this nasty need to feel they belong to something. I am yuppie, hippie or X. Labels and such means naught. you like your music, you feel the emotions in it and the surroundings so you do not need a label. you belong to thine self no to a image that is result of exclusion and incomprehension.
the questions is that you want to please and it is logic you need to survive and for that; need to get along. So how? well ditch the black but no all the black you can still have enough touches of it. arm bands, shoes etc. but then your pals will say you have sold. that you are not with them. Well first tell them to go to hell and then show them you still have the same feelings the same motivations and knowledge. that fashion do not define a person and much less an emo. and do it gradually first lose some item like changing the earings, then pants, then ... and soon you will find a balance a figure that is only you not a copy of a cd cover or best friend outfit. once you reach that none will complain. There is no reason to slit your wrist or be angry at the world, one day you will realize you have so much to be thankful for. But, if you want to stand out in a crowd and not be a prep, just wear something funky and fun like a tee, some of your favorite jeans and a really cool pair of shoes, then do something funky to your hair; cut it and it give it an edgier look with some edgy color, and wear some really cool earings, then ditch your emo friends and hook up with a really hot guy that you are attracted to, who is not emo, heck maybe a guy in a band and you two can spend your days together.

Humans have this nasty need to feel they belong to something. I am yuppie, hippie or X. So how? well ditch the black but no all the black you can still have enough touches of it. arm bands, shoes etc. but then your pals will say you have sold. that you are not with them. Well first tell them to go to hell and then show them you still have the same feelings the same motivations and knowledge. that fashion do not define a person and much less an emo. and do it gradually first lose some item like changing the earings, then pants, then ... and soon you will find a balance a figure that is only you not a copy of a cd cover or best friend outfit. once you reach that none will complain. There is no reason to slit your wrist or be angry at the world, one day you will realize you have so much to be thankful for. But, if you want to stand out in a crowd and not be a prep, just wear something funky and fun like a tee, some of your favorite jeans and a really cool pair of shoes, then do something funky to your hair; cut it and it give it an edgier look with some edgy color, and wear some really cool earings, then ditch your emo friends and hook up with a really hot guy that you are attracted to, who is not emo, heck maybe a guy in a band and you two can spend your days together.

her curls look great if you want curls like that i recomend you shampoo your hair and repeat. put in conditioner and leave for 2 mins.
rinse.
wrap your hair in a towel and leave for 5 minutes
squeeze away excess water and brush through using an ordinary brush.
get some ghd heat protection jelly and comb through hair on your brush.
blow dry on a meduim setting.
when it is nearly dry brush and use full heat to finish drying.
curl with curlers and tongs
brush with a full circle barrel brush
spray with hairspray and run cold air from dryer over it to fix the style.

Ah, for the hair, I'd suggest putting it in a bun after you take a shower, so it looks kinda beachy, and then the next morning or when it's dry, take a big curling iron and just define the waves a bit more.
Makeup, use concealer wherever you need to, a light colored lipstick/gloss/chapstick, and apply mascara to your eyelashes. I would recommend Maybelline Colossal, it makes her lashes look huge. For the eyeliner, use a black pencil on your inner lids. For the cat-eye part, I'd say start with the top line and wing it out at the end, so it lines up with the outer end of your eyebrow. Then go down and to the inner part near your eyebrow, and create a thick line of eyeliner along the bottom.

Well it depends on how girly you want to be. I'm guessing you don't really want to go the whole way and become a doll, just want to look a bit prettier. Well, in the shower use perfumed or scented shower gel, wash your hair and use conditioner, then apply some serum or some mousse when you are drying your hair. Blow dry it straight, not upside down, and straighten it when your done.
You can get a new hair style- get some blonder highlights in that aren't particularly noticeable but will make your hair look lighter and healthier. Ask your hairdresser to cut some layers into your hair. You can get long ones in the back that won't bother you, or you can get your hair feathered or layered round your face etc.
For your skin, use cleanser daily (don't use facecloths on your face because they carry bacteria that causes spots), then toner and always moisturiser. Don't wear foundation or something, because that would make you look kinda over done. The only makeup you should wear is mascara and lipgloss, unless you're really into make up. Less is more! Those will be subtle but still look good. Use black/brown mascara, not black because that's for going out, and whatever lipgloss you want.
Emmm.....clothes: wear trainers less, try to wear pumps or small heels. High heels look good but are pretty impractical. Comfortable pumps would be good, because you can still run about in them but they look less tomboyish. Avoid plain t-shirts that boys could wear and wear tops that have a bit of a neckline. Wear a fun belt when you can so your jeans don't look too boyish.

Start reading the magazines Cosmo is the best. Also make sure that you go with something that fits your style and has a girly edge to it. The more natural you look the better you look. Try light skin tones that give you a glow. Also if you are a tomboy try going to Abercrombie or American Eagle or Hollister. They have the ';tomboy stuff'; with a big girlie kick. That way you will feel comfortable and look girly at the same time.

I use to be the same way...start reading gossip magazine and get tips on make up through there...just be subtle with eye make up...start shopping girly stores like american eagle, charlotte russe, or forever 21...you can still rock jeans and a tee and still make it girly..you just have to figure what your comfortable in and make it your own..!
for makeup , just keep it simple..mascara, concealer (for blemishes) and some clear Pink lip gloss is all you need ..and maybe get side bangs =]

Ask for some natural highlights (it's always best to start small and work up-- you can always add, it's more difficult to take away). Ask them for specific instructions on how to style it...maybe ask for a way to do it for special occasions and how to do it for every day. ask them what type of hair products you need (beware they will try to sell them to you there-- just tell them your mom or someone is going to get them for your birthday, but you wanted to know what to tell them to get) ask them specifically what each product does--then go to a store like Sally Beauty Supply and ask the ppl who work there what to get-- it's cheaper that way.
ALSO MOST IMPORTANT--- get your brows done. Get a nice arch. they can do this at the salon to start. then you can buy tweezers and keep them up on your own. your brows frame your face, they have the most impact on your look (don't believe me? Look at a magazine and draw brows straight on a model and see how it affects her look.)
Go to a make-up counter at a mall or go to MERILL NORMAN (the best makeup store ever, but a little pricy) and ask them for a lesson (shouldn't cost much if anything--if you're watching pennies ask them first. also if you like a product ask them to write it down) beware tho-- they tend to apply with a heavy hand. tell them you want a very natural look to start and ask them if you can watch how they do it. (You can also watch what not to wear on TLC-- they have a whole make-up section on that show every time.)
apply a light moisturizer to a freshly washed face-oil free if you need it- good skin care is the most important. you can also apply a bit of a shimmer with revlon skinlights-or simialr product- apply around eyes especially, but make sure to blend it in.
if you need to apply foundation do so-- this will even out your skin tone and make everything appear smoother-- just make sure to blend it all the way down-- don't just stop at your jawline...you'll look like someone drew a line on your face and colored half only. make sure it all blends in. apply a powder right after to minimize shine.
Eye makeup-
1st of all get the right colors. if you have blue eyes get a nice deep blue color (really, don't be afraid--i'll explain) If you have hazel or green go with a nice deep purple shadow. if you have brown go for a pink-ish looking shadow. pair whatever eye color you have with a dark brown and a light brown or white shadow. apply the white or light light brown all over your eye, from the corner by your nose all the way out to the corner of your eye. apply from right under your newly tweezed/waxed brows to your lashes. all over your lid. next apply the color that goes with your eye color (for instance blue shadow for blue eyes) apply this just slightly above the crease in your eye (to find crease open your eye and see where the skin folds). apply from corner near nose out to the outer corner. do not be alarmed if it looks like alot. take the darkest brown and apply a small line into the crease of your eye-- where it folds. this will make your eyes look larger and younger. this should be a thin line from the inner corner near your nose to the outer edge where your eye stops creasing...follow the crease all the way--make it look deeper. do not bring the line down to the outer edge of the eye-- this will make the eye appear small. do not line the eye underneath all the way-- you can go to the middle, but don't do it all the way-- that looks tacky and makes your eyes look super small. Take your ring finger and smudge all this a little, blend it in. use your ring finger because the other fingers will exert too much pressure and that will cause wrinkles later in life. If you feel comfortable using an eyelash curler, then do it (they don't hurt as long as you don't pull away while your curling--and they make a whole lot of difference in your eyes--makes them look huge instead of just big) and follow immediately with mascara-- try using waterproof/ smudge proof b/c it works the best. if you're going for an evening look you can line your upper lash with the dark shadow, just make sure that it is a thin line-- -don't do too much. Play around with it-- that's really the only way you will learn. ALWAYS use make-up remover (oil free if you need it) b/c other wise you'll never get all the make-up off w/o really scrubbing your skin, and the mascara will create dark circles under your eyes-- making you look older....
light blush on the apples of your cheeks -- a little at a time, right where your cheeks get round when you smile, and a light or clear lip GLOSS will take care of make-up.
clothes--- get something that is flattering to you. in my opinion classic is always best, and every woman needs a nice pair of white pants-- they can be dressy and casual depending on what you wear with them. make sure they are long enough that you can wear heels with them (nothing makes legs look better than heels-- but make sure you can walk in them.) black and white are always a good idea-- very classic and red and white is always good too. Pink looks good on almost everyone. NEVER WEAR TAPERED LEG PANTS...NO MATTER WHAT SIZE YOU ARE IT WILL MAKE YOUR BUTT LOOK HUGE! a nice skirt (not too hoochie, please-- a below the knee legnth in the 1950's look is very in now) go to a store and find someone who works there-- find someone that is wearing an outfit you like and ask them for help. ppl who work retail normally love to pick out clothes for other ppl...just make sure to tell them what your budget is.
get a nice body wash that has moisturizer in it-- i love olay body wash-- it saves time of putting lotion on...nail polish is good, but get a flattering color. fingers and toes do not have to match, but if your going somewhere important that is alway a nice touch -- the devil is in the details! Jewelry- understated is best! if you're going to wear a good size necklace do not wear dangly earrings--that's too much. find a look you like (look at pics from awards shows/ on the red carpet is good, so are magazines) and just copy it...also--perfune is key! find something that you like-don't switch out all the time find something you like and make it YOUR SCENT-real perfume tho not body spray b/c that always smells cheap and never lasts. to Apply a nice perfume: one spray on the back of your neck, on the inside of each elbow and one on your chest (never on clothes-- always on skin) the body heat will keep you smelling it-- but you don't want to be able to smell the perfume from three feet away-- you want to have to get close to smell it-- -also you can dab a bit behind your ears if you like. please apply deodorant/ anti-persparant (i hope i really didn't have to say that).
get a good magazine every few months to keep up on trends and styles-- cosmo is good-- it's mostly reasonable.

Jewelry- understated is best! if you're going to wear a good size necklace do not wear dangly earrings--that's too much. find a look you like (look at pics from awards shows/ on the red carpet is good, so are magazines) and just copy it...also--perfune is key! find something that you like-don't switch out all the time find something you like and make it YOUR SCENT-real perfume tho not body spray b/c that always smells cheap and never lasts. to Apply a nice perfume: one spray on the back of your neck, on the inside of each elbow and one on your chest (never on clothes-- always on skin) the body heat will keep you smelling it-- but you don't want to be able to smell the perfume from three feet away-- you want to have to get close to smell it-- -also you can dab a bit behind your ears if you like. please apply deodorant/ anti-persparant (i hope i really didn't have to say that).
get a good magazine every few months to keep up on trends and styles-- cosmo is good-- it's mostly reasonable.

I usually wear a purpley rose color, it looks natural and not like a crayon. I wear it along with black eyeliner and it really make my eyes pop.
Along with these, for a fresh look, a pastel pink or purple would look nice. Pastels just looks good. Grey is also a timeless color for every eye color.
I wouldn't recommend wearing browns because, since they are the opposite of blue, I find that by wearing brown your draw more attention to the eyeshadow rather than the eye, so in actuality your washing your eyes out and making them appear dull. This is just my opinion, I don't like how browns look on me, so I avoid them. Just experiment, have fun!

Lips: Wear a very natural color lip that matches the blush and swipe on a clear gloss over it.
Skin: Don't wear any skin makeup unless you have bad skin - show off your freckles!

I have found that with dark hair, my eyes stand out heaps....so I play them up with natural or green eyesades, a little eyeliner and I pack on the mascara! I lightly bronze my cheeks so I dont look like I have come from Antarctica, and I usually put on a very light pink or just balm on my lips.

You will probably feel like your complexion looks a lil washed out too at first...but only cause you'll have to get used to it. So you may want to try a light bronzer. Aside from that have fun with color be it on your lips,cheeks or eyes and it really doesn't matter if you are blonde, brunette or a red head. Play, be experimentive and do what plays up your best attributes and makes you feel pretty!

I would try to use cool tones browns, greens, and dark grays for eyes, and red or clear for lips, dark mascara, and I would try to use a little bit of a bronzing powder. Oh! and I would definetly recommend colorstay by revlon. Just be sure to use lotion before applying this foundation. I needs to be appplied pretty quick, but it will last all day.

and as far as her looking nice after she left, prior to any prisioners release, they are allowed to have a friend or family member bring them some clothes to change in to since the prison jumpsuits cant go home with them. Its like that for everyone. She most likely had a stylist come in while she was in the holding cell for outprocessing and emerged from the big house as QUEEN BEE once again ^_^Lil kim has been release from prison June 3, 2006. Before you begin, you may want to prep your eyes with an eye primer if you want your makeup to last longer. Then, start by lining the entire eyes with black pencil eyeliner. Next, using black liquid eyeliner, create a line across the upper lash line and widen it at the outer corners. Then, create a line beginning midway along the lower lash line and bring it out to meet the upper line. If you’d like, you can go one step further by applying the same black eye pencil to the inside contour of the eyes.
Sweep a soft gray eye shadow into the crease of the eye in the shape of a half-moon and blend carefully. Using a shimmering white eye shadow, apply it at the center crease of the eye where the iris meets. Or you may want to highlight the brow bone using the same shade of eye shadow instead.
Finally, apply one or two coats of black mascara to the upper and lower lashes and you are finished. For an even more dramatic look, you can apply a strip of false lashes before applying your mascara.
To complete this look, prep your lips with a moisturizing lip balm and wait a few minutes. Finally, apply a very pale lip-gloss.
Some Tips to Remember:
Always focus on the eyes and never anywhere else. Keep your lips and blush color to a pale look to make eyes more dramatic and avoid looking clownish.
The key to perfecting the smoky eye look is to blend, blend and blend.
For an even more dramatic finish and to balance out your look, don’t forget to enhance your eyebrows as well. You can do this by, first using a pair of tweezers to shape your brows and then fill them in with a brow pencil that is a color similar to your brows.
Don’t limit yourself to the eye shadow colors suggested above. Try using browns, plums or even blues to create an even more unique smoky effect.
If you have small eyes, don’t apply the eyeliner too close to the inner part of your eye that is next to your nose.
To avoid the under eye raccoon look, apply your foundation after you have applied your eye makeup. Once you are finished with your eyes you can easily sweep away any fallen shadow without the mess.

In my opinion you should do the greyswith black or the purples. but since you have small eyes i would use the purples. start by getting a black eyeliner on the top lid then smudge in the dark purple in the entire eyelid in the brown bown start using lighter shades of purples and for the way top use a pearl lilac color, remember to combine all colors together well. that makes a good smokey eye. use black eyeliner on the bottom too.smudge the lower lid wit a thin layer of purple. when ur all ready use 2 coats of mascara that should wrap it up. it should look gorgeous!! and go with the nude lips! if you have baby hair...take an old toothbrush and spray hairspray on it then take it and comb back your hair %26gt;%26gt;it works great!
perfume: it lasts longer if you spray it in your hair! :) (body spray too)
if you put too much lipstick or lipgloss take your finger and put it in your mouth. close your lips and gently pull it out. all the excess will come off and your lips will be perfect.

If it's a long dress, you might want to put your hair up all formal, but if it's a shorter dress you could curl it, have it straight, put it in pigtails, braid it, or even flip it all over to one side and secure it with a fancy clip. Maybe one that matches your dress?
For your makeup, don't go too crazy. Go for the natural look. A small amount of eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner-it doesn't go under the lashes it goes on the part that meets with your eye, so be careful you dont poke yourself with the pencil-, lipstick, and some vaseline on your teeth (I know it sounds gross, but it creates that movie-star smile).,
what color is your dress?? I would do like light pinks for makeup or even sheer golds. For you hair I'd do long soft natural curls. Your very pretty so don't over do the make up go for natural.

if u have bad/oily skin, u can get a translucent powder
first, on clean, moisturized face, use the powder puff and put on your skin, to take away shine.
next, take a brown pencil and fill in your eyebrows lightly.... get the eyeshadow and put on your upper lids.... use the pencil to line your lashes, and put mascara on the upper lashes.
get blush, put on cheekbones/apples of cheek (smile wide and dust on top the cheeks towards the ear)

This will help perk up the face for the winter months and christmas is around the corner so it will great at parties or gatherings.
