1 dye your hair black
2 get your bangs cut at a hair salon. take a pic of her with u to show the stylists what u want.
3 straighten your hair and deeply part it with the ';line'; on your left side.
4 it looks like she wears lots of eyeliner and possibly cover-up.

Yeah I tried to get my hair like that.But they didn't really know how.She's really pretty isn't she?
All I did was cut my hair but then I forgot my hair has waves so it ended up shoulderlength then I got more layers, and cut my side bangs shorter since her side bangs are short.I don't have the exact same hairstyle has hers but I'm fine with it.I like my hair now lol..
