What can I do with my hair and makeup?

I have blond hair and blue eyes, I'm wearing a little eyeliner in this pic, and my bangs are longer and are less... poofy i guess.

u look like your 8!! omg you REALY need makeup so you dont look 8 anymore! Wow! okay wear brown eyeliner, not black because it will look harsh w/ ur skin and hair! Also wear pale colors like pale pink for eyeshadow!!! and some poppin lipgloss!! haha do a light, slightly shimmery lip gloss! But only use a little bit!!!!

Maybe straighten your hair out
u could use a little more volume in your hair .. go all our curly .. NOT POOFY curly .. or pin stright .. that has volume . or since your face is kinda round u might want to curl bun it ... it would look nice.. make up wise .. i suggest slighty pink lip gloss. dangly earrings .. brown mascara .. and blown eyeliner.. if you put on foundation make sure that it is identical to you skin color because your light skinned you can really tell the difference if you put on a darker foundation .. eye shadow.. dont do pink or red.. they would make u look like u have a briused eye.. i would go with brown or glittery blue light colors.. so they dont dominate your face.. ure very pretty actually.

Wow im 12 too.... i think you should wear a gray or brown eye liner, light pinkish lip gloss , shimmery eye shadows, a little mascara, and maybe straighten your hair, and go shopping at some of these stores: American eagle, aeropostal, abercrombie, pac sun, abercrombie and fitch, and hollister.... your gonna look so good.
