The interview is for an insurance sales/managerWhat should I wear to my INTERVIEW? %26amp; how should I do my makeup? How should I do my hair (almost to my bottom)
You should look very mature and sophistcated. Especially for this job, you need to give a very clean and professional first impression.
Wear something professional yet feminine. Best would be a suit of jacket and knee length skirt. Wear a matching pair of heels, but no strappies please, make it peeptoed for best results. If you have a black suit, pair it with a bright colored blouse underneath, pink or red, not white. If you have navy blue suit, wear a light greenish top or something. Or white would also work with the navy blue.
For your hair, don't leave it loose. Tie it back. Best would be a French braid all the way down. I would definitely recommend cutting your hair to something shorter and more defined, but by all means, you love your hair, just keep it out of the way during your interview.
For makeup, don't pile it on or you'll look like a young high school student. Wear some mascara, skin toned eyeshadow, a little blush, and some lipgloss. No lipstick. Get a lipgloss from Victoria's Secret. It should be glossy, but not too shimmery. If you have fair skin, you could even try a very professional red color.
Just remember not to lose your confidence. Smile and shake hands very firmly.
Good luck at your interview! What should I wear to my INTERVIEW? %26amp; how should I do my makeup? How should I do my hair (almost to my bottom)
A pretty little suit that looks professional but cute as well with some pointy toed heels or just some cute mule high heels that way it is easier to walk. If you are not too keen on heels, how about some adorable flats that match the outfit? Maybe add some jewelry to complement the outfit and a watch always makes you look professional as well. For your make up, do some light blush that looks sort of natural, but maybe some smokey eyes or brown/copper eyes with a little bit of mascara and some eye liner. For your hair, I would put it up in a cute bun. Down hair styles are cute, but they don't seem to be as professional as up. Maybe put a matching berret in your hair.
';sexy beast'; has the best answer, she is right on, don't try to look older, that won't work you are what you are, be neat clean smart and put the hair up nicely and be yourself
Navy blue suit with a skirt (not slacks), stockings with backseams, and closed-toe pumps with 3 1/2'; heels (unless you can't walk in them. In that case go with a lower heel.) Wear a two-toned watch if you have one. You will look both professional and memorable at the same time.
I'm a female lawyer, and judges, corporate clients and other attorneys are usually impressed with my ';uniform.'; Try it.
personally, I would wear a white button up blouse, black slacks, some black heels probably. I would try to look as neat as possible simply because first impressions go a LONG way. Try putting your hair back neatly it gives an air of professionalism, go light on the makeup not too dark, nothing distracting, maybe nuetral....
dress business casual...no jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or open toed shoes...wear your hair either neat looking down or nice and tidy up...no frizz!!! not too much make-up...look professional...not like a hoe...too many ppl mistake professional for all done up...wear a suit maybe...or some nice black slacks and a nice top with closed toed heels...and act professional...
a suit. and closed toed shoes, no sandals.
natural makeup.
either a braid or a bun. if it keeps getting in your way during the interview, it looks unprofessional.
Long hair isn't bad, but to your waist? That never looks good. If it's nice thick, healthy hair, having it trimmed to about mid-way down your back will look a million times better. People think their waist-length hair is some sort of accomplishment or something, but they usually just look like dirty hippies who can't afford to get a haircut. If you absolutely REFUSE to cut your hair (please consider it!), put it up, by all means.
Makeup should be classic and understated. Nothing glittery. Stay away from pink frosted lipstick (ugh!!!). This will just make your teeth look yellow and make you look like you've been eating cotton candy.
A nice suit is always good. You can do a more feminine suit. Check out Banana Republic. They have a nice feminine suit out now, with short sleeves, but very tailored-looking.
hmm. for your hair, i would straigten it, if its not already straightened. and get a cute clip. for your interview, natural makeup like neutral cream shadows, Revlon Creme Shadows in Not Just Nudes. and a bronzie blush, but not too bronze like Loreal Blush Delice Sheer Powder in Sugar Plum. foudation, you should use Clarins Truly Matte Shine Stopper Powder, it keeps you completely shine free, mascara, Max Factor Waterproof Mascara in Black, and a nude lipgloss like MAC Lipglass in Love Nectar.
