looks like you just tease it at the back a little bit....clip it at the nape of your neck and curl the bottom part.

try gettin the top braided and half put up and curled, and with you make up just wear eye linner mascara and lip gloss

but yeahh try a flat ironed straight sleek pretty hair style with some black thick eye liner =] try some LOUD eye shadows


i know u dint ask for clothes but a cute graphic-tee and a pair of nice jeans with some chucks (converse) would be cute 2 =D
