I prefer girls that care about themselves, I think that girls would also prefer a guy who has looked after himself, is well groomed and showers everyday, there is nothing that is more of a turn off that body odour! If a girl looks after image, then she is making an effort and that is a good thing, but that doesn't neccesarily make her 'super girly'. You need a balance, too much make up over does it, and spontaneity is good, but there needs to be some concern about a girls own look.
It really depends on the guy. And honestly, do what you're comfortable with....there will be a guy who likes you just the way you are. But my opinion, spontaneous people are always much more fun than the ones standing in the mirror primping all day!
