hair first. it'll last much longer than your makeup, plus if you're using hair spray and other products( which it's prom so i'm sure you will) they have the potential to ruin your makeup. i personally always do make up last so you have a fresh look whenever you get where you're going.For my prom should i do my hair or makeup first?
If you are going to blow dry or use spray products on your hair then make up comes later as these will make your make up dull and give you a tired look..
