Hair and makeup question... how to stay from looking shiny?

I'm going out tonight.





Any good tips on how to keep my face from looking shiny in the heat?? I usually bring a matte powder with me but anything else besides the obvious?





Also any tips for keeping hair smooth in the heat as well??

I suggest using exfoliating your skin, using a little bit of moisturizer, and just using powder foundation, and maybe bronzing your face with some bronzer.








Shampoo+condition your hair, then apply some defrizzer serum.
