How do i find a makeup and hair do that fits? ?

the thing is ive tried different colors and i just want to look pretty


i am a medium skinned mexican with medium brown eyes and black hair


i want to be able to find the right hair for my face and the right makeup for my skin color. i have asked and googled but i cant find anything :[ help! plz How do i find a makeup and hair do that fits? ?
Hair: I wouldn't go crazy blonde, you might want to start off with some burgundy low lights to see how much you're going to like the colour, but because you are medium skinned with mexican heritage, I would go with some dark reds/medium browns. That would look amazing. Also, some layering around your face would be fabulous as well.


Makeup: The best way to find a foundation for your skin tone is go to the store and pick out three that you think match your skin tone *use the underside of your wrist* put a small stripe from your cheek to your neck and then GO BACK OUTSIDE and use a mirror to see which matches your skin exactly. You want a foundation that is going to match the colour of your neck so you don't have one of those hideous makeup lines. Also, try to get a powder in a translucent to take the shine away. The darker the blush in the case, the more it will show up on your skin, don't be afraid of a crazy pink or crazy red...try it on your wrist to see! i'd throw some simple high and low lights in your hair.. layer it a little in the back.. and around your face.. it will look stunning.
