How do i get my hair/makeup like hers? 10 points!?

This is my new ispiration for hair/makeup and i don't care what you think about scene kids or anything i just need to know how to do this. Please no mean comm,and product recommendations would be great! I like this one because its not too over the top!

All the pictures are blurry and so I can't really tell what she has on.

You put on eyeliner really thick, get side bangs and short choppy layers.


Also straighten your hair.

Use good hair spray


Occasionally throw in a bow...


Try Smashbox, Clinique, Urban Decay, and maybe Physician's Formula cosmetics, alot of black eyeliner and neutral creamy lip glosses.
