Hi im 12 turning 13. Well its depends on what texture and color your hair is but you can never go wrong with straight or wavy. Even try a beachy look too. For Makeup well ill tell you for spring its all about natural soft makeup. So go with a green or brown eyeliner and just a brown eyeshadow. Light pink lipgloss and NO BRONZERS only foundation if needed. For clothing wise well im pretty much the same way so try these but there are plenty of styles...

Wear your hair either straight or wavy, take a shower put in braids and then sleep in the braids and your hair will get wavy.
