If your avatar is any indication, you already have black hair. First, get a haircut which is similar to the one you wish to imitate. Then, buy anti-frizz serum (John Frieda is good), straightening leave-in conditioner (I recommend Got2b glue), a straightening iron (Chi is the best kind) and strong-hold hairspray (Aussie works wonders). Obviously, buy a tiara for the big night. Don't wash your hair for about a day, because straightening works better on dirty hair. Take your leave-in conditioner to the strands (not the roots, because that will make them too oily), and work it through the hair. Straighten your hair by inch or so strands after combing through it, and after you've finished, use the hairspray to evenly spray your head. Use the anti-frizz serum to keep down any stray flyaways. Finally, place the tiara on your head and (if it doesn't have combs) firmly bobby-pin it in. Have fun!

if your hair is not cut in those layers it won't work UNLESS you add extensions and/or weave and cut it in those layers.





tease it with a comb, shake it like a headbanger to give it volume, add hairspray for more volume and voila
